Toronto employment lawyer Kumail Karimjee recently participated in a panel discussion on legal issues facing housing co-operatives at the Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto’s (CHFT) fall conference. Karimjee discussed the intersection human rights law with the law of trespass.
Founded in 1974, the CHFT is a member-supported organization representing more than 45,000 people living in more than 160 non-profit housing co-operatives located in Toronto and York Region.
