Jean-Claude Rioux, a partner with Brauti Thorning Zibarras, writes in an article for Lawyers Weekly, “It may be difficult for a lawyer who doesn’t specialize in insurance to determine whether an insurer’s position on coverage is correct. Fortunately, a potential plaintiff’s lawyer doesn’t always need to figure out if the insurer’s position really is correct.
