Toronto family lawyer Andrew Feldstein discusses with Steven Skurka on NewsTalk 1010′s Closing Argument the marriage breakup and divorce of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. On the show Feldstein talks about the technical aspect of whether the case should proceed in New York City – where Holmes filed – or California where Cruise lives. He also talks about issues involving custody of the couple’s six-year-old child Suri and Cruise’s quarter billion dollar net worth.
When asked if he thinks the case will settle, Feldstein said: “At this stage I can’t call it because there’s a lot of motivation for both parties to settle. … We don’t know what Tom Cruise doesn’t want to be aired in public.” Listen to Closing Arguments
