Toronto personal injury lawyer Maria Capulong tells Canadian Lawyer magazine’s Jennifer Brown in a story on Legal Feeds blog that proposed accident benefits changes may reduce coverage for victims with brain injuries or paralysis.
“There’s a really large concern about what injured persons are going to be able to access,” says Capulong an associate with Carranza LLP.
