Discrimination in the workplace: three scenarios

Ontario employers must comply with the Human Rights Code (the Code) which prohibits discrimination in employment on 14 grounds including: race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status, or disability. (a Prohibited Ground)
